Scuba Diving Sport
.... or Life-Style

People who try scuba diving due to curiosity or scientific interest will notice that their lives have changed in very important ways.

If you have watched the sea for the most part of you life from a beach or a boat or just on TV, you will be suprised by the change you experience by diving into deep waters, it is an extraordinary experience, it is like returing to the warm and loving womb of our mother.

Kite surfing, one of the most impacting extreme sports of the last years, has arrived to Playa El Yaque.

Why Playa El Yaque is apt for this sport? The wind conditions cannot be better. Side shore winds from the left; shallow waters for the first 300 m, sandy ground and very warm water without currents make this beach marvellous to learn or to practice this sport, so popular in Europe and the United states. As you know, Playa El Yaque already is already prestigious and famous internationally for windsurfing.

El Yaque Beach with its soft sands is approximately 1 km long. It is ideal for beginners who want to learn beachstart, waterstart y other moves, because the first 300 m the water is very shallow (from 1 m to 1,5 m) . The wind blows form the left (side shore). For the more advanced or expert windsufer, days with strong winds produce ondulations in the sea up to 1.,5, ideal for jumping or sufing the wave.
